Euro Toques Food Forum

Euro Toques, the International Chefs Association, held it's Annual Food Forum in The Brooklodge Hotel, Wicklow - titled 'The Whole Hog' - where the pig industry was discussed.
Ed Hick - the well known pork butcher and sausage producer from Dun Laoghaire obliged for the photo's with both his daughter and a five week old piglet.
Trevor Sargent T.D. and minister for food also lent a hand...
