Euro Toques, the International Chefs Association, held it's Annual Food Forum in The Brooklodge Hotel, Wicklow - titled 'The Whole Hog' - where the pig industry was discussed.

Ed Hick - the well known pork butcher and sausage producer from Dun Laoghaire obliged for the photo's with both his daughter and a five week old piglet.

Trevor Sargent T.D. and minister for food also lent a hand...

Restaurant of the Year Awards

The Food & Wine Restaurant of the Year Awards were held in the Mansion House, Dublin today - the winning chef was Sunil Ghai from Ananda Restaurant in Dundrum - who was congratulated with a kiss from Ross Lewis of Chapter One, much to the hilarity of his colleague Martin Corbett.

Ross and Martin's Chapter One was voted as Restaurant of the Year 2009
